Before Contacting Technical Support Services

Before contacting Technical Support for help and advice, solutions to your questions may be found in ImageCenter LE's Help, README or the support information page at Web site.

When contacting Technical Support, please be prepared to provide the information below and detailed description of the problem, including operating procedures to reproduce the problem, error messages if any, etc.

• Serial Number (for ActiveImage Protector)
  The serial number is listed on licensing document.

• Support Information File
  Following the procedures described below to generate the support information files:
1. Click on [?] on console.
2. Click on [Generate Support Info] in menu.
3. A Zip archive file is created packaging multiple support files and is located on desktop.
4. Please send the generated Zip file via E-mail addressed as specified in the "Support Service Contract".
