Basic Points

* ReZoom it! feature(Restore Virtual Machines) is not supported.

* The same behavior occurred on Windows PE-based boot environment built by using Windows ADK for Windows 10 Version 1703 or later.

Virtual Conversion (Virtual conversion from image file or physical disk)

After the process completes, please dispose the registered virtual machine from the inventory by using vSphere Client.

After copying the vmdk file to a specific folder/path, please delete the folder if unnecessary.

After the process completes, please dispose the registered virtual machine from the inventory by using vSphere Client.

Please delete the vmx or vmsd file in the created folder if unnecessary.

If AIP was installed with otherwise configured settings, ensure that the Windows Firewall exception settings are configured for the following TCP/UDP ports on both managing and managed host's OS in order to include the remote networked computers in [Connect to Remote Host] list on which the AIP agent is installed.

ReZoom it! feature does not support restoring virtual machines from an image file that does not meet the above conditions.

ReZoom it! feature does not support the use of an image file created by Cold Backup feature.
