Before contacting Technical Support for help or advice, first check ActiveImage Protector's Help, README and product information at NetJapan's Web site as answers and solutions may already be provided.

Remember when contacting Technical Support please provide the following information. A detailed description of the problem, including the procedures to reproduce the problem, error messages, etc.).

 

Support Information Files (SupportInfo.txt)

Please send the following information which will be useful in identifying and resolving the issue. Please execute the following command and send the generated support information file via E-mail.

# aipmng --support

"AipSupportInfo_<Current Date>_<Current Time>.tgz" is created in "/opt/NetJapan". Please send the file via E-mail to NetJapan's Technical Support.
