Before Using Technical Support Service

Before contacting Technical Support for help and advice, please try to find solutions to your questions by consulting ActiveImage Protector's Help, README and product information at Actiphy's Web site.

Please remember when contacting Technical Support that you will be asked to provide the following information. You will also be requested to provide detailed description of your problem, including operation procedures to reproduce the problem, error messages, etc.

 

Generating Support Information File

Please send the following information which will be useful in identifying and resolving the issue. Please execute the following command and send the generated support information file via E-mail.

# aipmng --support

"AipSupportInfo_<Current Date>_<Current Time>.zip" is created in "/opt/Actiphy". Please send the file via E-mail to Actiphy's Technical Support.
The support information file is created in "/opt/BE" if booted into Boot Environment.
